Leslie I and had been friends from grade school. We attended Roosevelt grade school, Alameda Jr High and Highland together.
He married Bonnie Disher, sister of our classmate Robert Disher, and as I recall they had one child together before his death.
He also served in the Army and as I recall spent some time in Vietnam. His cancer was diagnosed while in the Army and received a medical furlow as a result. He died less than a year after his diagnosis.
